If you're not a premium member of UKTS (it's cheap to become one) then you get a limited bandwidth allowance every day, and all non-members have a limited download total every day. You have to be patient if you want loads of downloads or a large download.

Are you a Premium member?

If not, you'll find you can only download after 2000 GMT. And that's if you're quick...
Project H2P status: Currently awaiting software to fix PC problems. Got a start on .mkr file, hoping to continue that soon. Wprk should re-commence very soon.

Well rather than bellyaching on here, if there is a major issue like the file library server falling over then e-mail Matt and Steve at once. They may be busy and be unaware of the problem. I have just done so.

I always try:

steve (at) atomic-systems.com
matt (at) uktrainsim.com

these go to the lads main inboxes and if you use an "URGENT UKTS SERVER PROBLEMS" header they should see it among the other clutter.
