If your a good modeller, look here!

Post by Backfoot2002 »

Hi

im in the process of building a route, "The Midland Mainline" which runs from sheffield to London St Pancres. I have old INTERCITY livery in class 43 (HST 125), Class 37 Intercity Locos and also a few DMU's such as Midland Mainline, Transpennie Express and Arrivia Trains.
I was wondering if any good modeler could create a HST 125 loco train set in Midland Mainline Livery or even Virgin Livery. I know that both these liveries are avliable for download in the download section, but they are not that good a quality, compared to some people who have done the GWR HST 125 and GNER HST 125. If anyone is kind enough to do this it would be much apreciated by me and im sure many other downloaders. The route should be up for download in about a month or two time.

Confused

I dont know what you mean by that, are you creating a route aswell? I would just like someone who is good at modelling to create either an MML or Virgin Trains (HST 125) or the new Virgin Trains (Diesel) so that i am able to use it in my route. The best trains which i have at the moment are, The MML Class 170 DMU, Transpennie Express Class 158 and The Old INtercity Livery 125.

Actually, I am creating the Route for MSTS 1.
Nick is creating it for MSTS 2.

The forum will be ready in about 2 days- If that.

The Old HST (If its the one im thinking of) is okay to use, and there will be more in Midland Mainline (Old and New) and Virgin Liveries, as well as many more.

Thanks for joining up to the forum, I will send News only.
The stage im at is in the middle of buying Quail Maps and Photographs. The best thing to do, is do as i have done and make the map, then split it into stages, or Phases that you will to, so people can see where you are to start from.

EDIT: If the route should be ready in a month or two, then you must have created most of it already.
Mine will take the least of a year or so to build. Any Screenshots?
i want to be uploaded

My Route

Post by Backfoot2002 »

well my route is not ready at all really, i have only built half of it and there is not that much scenery. Im sure yours is a real route and is acuratly placed, mine is just a fictious route, with real station but i have added my own siding. I would like you to tell me when the Midland Mainline 125 trainset, or any other trainsets are relased. I would like on my route to have Virgin Trains HST 125, and also the new Virgin Trains. i dont know if u have msn messenger or not but i do so if you woudl like to contact me or if i can contact you this would be useful, my address us anton5071@hotmail.com . the prediction of one month to two months is not really a accurate one as it may take a little longer.
