Although new to the forum, I may be of help to some of you.

I am the senior steam footplate examiner to the Great Western Society, Didcot Railway Centre, and therefore may be able to offer help or advice about most questions steam related UK or elsewhere.

Oh Yes, I am also a keen MSTS and am in the process of trying to build a couple of routes.

Welcome Andrew,

We had our "Highworth project" outing there (Didcot) last year, unfortunately before I got a good digital camera.

Cab views are the main thing I'd like to see improve in the sim, however with MSTS 2 promising new 3D cabs, development for MSTS 1 seems to have been stopped (I've certainly cancelled my efforts)
However any information, pictures and notes about the various controls would always be welcome (especially GWR tank locos ;) ) so that current models can be enhanced ready for MSTS2.
