can someone please help me i just downloaded this and none of the wheels move when the train is moving.

The model is in a Beta state as mentioned with it's upload description.
I didn't build the model but Dave may be able to fixit at some time.
Until then either just use it or remove it from your Sim.

How can I get to Gatwick if my wheels won't turn?

Jeff, do Canajun planes not have wheels, eh? (Apart from the float planes and the ones with skis, I mean.) And I'm sure the ones that fly into Gatwick have neither floats nor skis.
