I could've sworn that there was a Marketplace product featuring a TGV Reseau set (the last of the "old" type of TGVs)? But doesn't seem to be nowhere to be found now?

According to Steam...

Train Simulator: TGV® Réseau & TGV-RDuplex EMU Add-On was added on 20th December 2018

So you'll other evidence to confirm your senility, but...

Bad news:-

Notice: At the request of the publisher, Train Simulator: TGV ® Réseau & TGV-RDuplex EMU Add-On is no longer available for sale on Steam.

And while JP is is correct about the Marketplace listing, there's no price marked for the item. Another of Steam's little jokes, I expect.

Because of the Errors in the TGV Reseau and years** of DTG saying they were going to fix it they just withdrew it from sale

By Feb 2021 one of the DTG staff said "This is actively being worked on and when we have something to report regarding the update we will of course keep you informed."

Then on 24 May 2021 DTG said

Thanks all for sharing your thoughts on this. We know we've taken some time to respond to this and the reasons are simply because we wanted to take the time to properly evaluate your feedback and correlate that with the work we've done already. Unfortunately, right now, we feel the work that has been done on an update for this add-on is not sufficient to meet your expectations and we've taken the decision to not release it. Sadly, not everything you want to see fixed has been fixed due to internal concerns and we need to review what additional work is required to bring it up to standard. With this in mind, we are taking the add-on off sale temporarily whilst we scope out the remaining work and get it planned into the current schedule.

We appreciate that this decision is not going to be popular but we feel this is the best course of action to ensure everyone gets the update they have been waiting for. Once we have more information to share, we'll update you. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
