Has anyone seen one? Do I have to buy TS2022 to get it? Is it (if it exists) any different from the TS 2020 User Guide?

If you go on the TS Steam store page there is a free of charge 2022 user guide (.pdf) to download..

The 2020 guide wouldn't be any different though, nothing new has been added other than the fastload function, this function was meant to be integrated into the core game for the 2022 release but something went wrong with that so you still need to manually add "-fastload" as a start up parameter (minus the "" quotation marks). more info about that here > https://forums.dovetailgames.com/thread ... 021.36321/
