No buffer at Matlock for me---only had a very quick look, but it seems that the track isn't configured to have buffers; couldn't see a reference to any in the start or end geometry sections of the .bin file.

Thanks for that. I'll let JT know but in the meantime I'll add a buffer myself.

Yes seen and aquired.
Big problem though. As per the enclosed instructions, attempted to install MML sheffield to Derby v1.08 update. Was asked whether I wanted existing version to be removed prior to installing the update ( as has happened on previous occasions ). Answered "OK " it then ran and removed the software. I then ran the install MML_108.exe again. All seemed to be ok.
Then having carried out the "IMPORTANT" part of the instructions. Tried to install_MML_DNL_103 only to keep getting a pop-up saying the program cannot find an installation of MML.

It is probably to do with the routeproperties.xml file missing from the \STEAM\steamapps\common\RailWorks\Content\Routes\fd2885e5-2744-4fdd-8a49-e60b027ac26d folder.
I fixed it by uninstalling and then re-installing the last MML Sheffield to Derby update in Windows safe mode.
Check that the xml file is missing first in the above folder. If it is then the above should fix it.
When you see the xml file is there, copy it to a safe place so that you can use it in the future.
JT didn't know how to fix it except a reinstall.

If you've removed the previous installation and then ran the installer once more, of course it won't find an existing installation. Your screenshot suggests you're running the Derby-Nottingham-Leicester extension update though,

I post this every time, but it's sensible just to take a copy of what you have installed before running any JT update--then if/when it goes boobs up you can just copy and paste the working, albeit older, version back in.

Thanks Peter,
I must have got it to work once or more before, I think by turning of AV and Firewall. But tried that dodge this time and " No go, Hose". At this point didn't have a clue as to what to do.
Extremely grateful for the info, that sorted things out. Why can't JT give us the option of using 7-ZIP and copying/dragging associated Asset and Content folders across?

Once again thanks.

This is not the case here - for some inexplicable reason an update to the main JT Sheffield Route on some PCs the JT uninstall process removes the routeproperties.xml file and doesn't reinstall it again on the subsequent reinstall, and that's why the extensions "can't see" that the Main Route IS installed, and won't update.

Gary,
correct, I was attempting to install the DNL extension update. But post, as I thought, removing and re-instating MML_1.08, i.e Sheffield -Derby route.
