Only if you edit/tweak the older scenarios to suit the newer version of the route.
Whilst they're install as 2 separate routes, the newer one includes the original with amendments in places, hence the need for a wee bit of editing of the original scenarios.

I would add that

"Only if you edit/tweak the older scenarios to suit the newer version of the route."

also includes

"or get someone to do it for you if you don't have those skills" :)

Just a final piece of clarity on the situation between the two routes please....

This scenario pack...
https://alanthomsonsim.com/?download=ma ... nario-pack
includes scenarios starting or finishing at BOTH, Victoria and Piccadilly.

Therefore am I correct in assuming that if I install the "Manchester Stations to Huddersfield" route, that will also have the fully sceneried route from VICTORIA aswell as the route from PIC included ? The reason I am unsure, is because I seem to think the "Manchester Stations to HUD" route is a much smaller file size than the "MAN VIC to HUD" original route ?

Thanks

Derek

You are correct in your assumption, I’ve just noticed that the file size is smaller as I forgot to include the assets by Richard Maxted. I will release an update with the missing assets and fixes to the 323 soon. As you have installed a previous version of the route you will not be affected by the missing assets.

Hi Penninepacer

Thanks for the clarification. I will go ahead and install "Manchester Stations to Huddersfield" now. Seems like there will be no need to use the original "MAN VIC to HUD" route from now on then !

Cheers

Only if you want to use those original scenarios without editing them (or getting them edited) to suit the new version.
