MatrixTrains Caledonian Grampian Passenger View Fix

Just uploaded here is a fix for the Steam versions (not the Steam Sounds Supreme version) of the Caly Grampian passenger view, that DTG have messed up and failed to fix. Make sure you read the Readme file before installing.

Also the fix for the Caly 45 footers posted earlier.
