Signal Box Bells by Yamsi

Post by daveannjon »

Just did a search on the forum and way back in 2014 Yamsi (Robert Peach) had experimented with sound effects for signal box bells, but I can't see that they were ever uploaded. I think they would be a really good addition to the immersive experience.

I think it was the old MSTS 1920's Settle and Carlisle route that had them and even when sitting on a loco ready for the off at the end of a platform you could hear them, very effective.

Cheers

It may be my memory (again) but I think I have heard them in the Skipton - Carlisle version IN TS2020 - available on here, I defo remember them in MSTS.

Worth a try anyway

Thanks, I had a look and the only bell sounds I found were church bells (very nice) and 50s level crossing, which is a continuous ringing - the search goes on!

Thats what I found an hour ago, too, sorry.

I still have all my MSTS files that I ever had, is it possible to convert it to TS20XX ?
