A couple of questions - is your TS installed in one of the Windows 'protected' areas, like C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files (x86)?

If it is, have you tried running the installer as an administrator? Ultimately, it would be better to move your Steam\TS installation out of the Windows protected areas, but you can ask about that later - there have been several threads covering this.

Thank you to everyone who gave advice and help in regards to this thread. I have since installed the Ffestiniog loco pack V1 which has fixed the issue. My thoughts is that the locos use a common asset or file that came with the initial Ffestiniog loco pack.

I can now at last, enjoy driving some narrow gauge!

I had thought that I had made the Hunslets completely stand-alone install but I must have missed something somewhere.
I'll take another look.
