I'd already got as far as establishing that it was a branding of 159006, but that didn't help at all

Sorry folks I now see what the problem is....
I have two versions of file id 35457, the earlier version 1 used the \S9BL\Class158 and included 3D nameplates for Seaton Tramway, City of Exeter, City of Salisbury, Templecombe, Basingstoke and Deane , West of England Line.
Version 2 of file 35457 uses, as you point out the RSC\159PackPack01 version and doesn't include the nameplates. I wonder why superalbs didn't think to include the nameplates in the updated version?
