One question I have is, as I prefer ambling around country lines as opposed to thrashing mainlines
Has this new version concentrated on the mainlines at the expense of the,, quote "rusty country lines",, might I be better with the free version, or is this new offering really , really good ?

Then there are the branch lines, of which there are actually various. One is an operational branchline. Two others are operated as museum lines, with tracks of much lower quality of maintenance.
The original v3 also had some extra tracks which are closed off unfortunately in both reloaded versions, going from one of museum branchline stations to a brewery.
Reloaded v2 has quite a fair bit of new track, with scenery done in exquisite details and many custom models.
