When you go to the page linked there is a Russian? Steam loco, top right picture - what is it please?

Anyone else having trouble with the store right now? I try to Log In to fulfill the purchase, but Chrome just keeps reloading

EDIT: Got it working fine with IE, so seems the issue might be with Chrome
