So I have been going through Matt P's blog tutorial and have a basic understanding of what is what.

Next step, I want to create a weather pattern using AP's weather enhancement pack but dont know how to go about it. Any pointers?

The manual for the AP pack has instructions and they also provide a lua script to drop in the scenario folder.
