Yes, Gary, you are right! It is such a habit now I do it without thinking!

As for the drive I am having a big clearout of the railworks content folder and moving the route folders I hardly use to my 5Tb storage drive and then deleting them off of my 1Tb games drive, then I can uncompress the drive hopefully?

As for steam not touching the folder structures outside of the ap. file that isn't true, as any folder outside now has nothing in them anymore, they are all empty!
