What makes you think so?
In this post on Facebook from about 3 weeks ago, they answer that "within the next 2 weeks"... Well, indeed, next week comes and goes and pre-orders never come, but still, I think it will be close. :)

Testing a route is a lot of work, and many small issues will be found, right up till the end. You will find issues long after you already thought you were "done".
Then someone looks at it with a fresh eye -- and even more issues will pop up. I helped testing some other routes, so I've been through that.

This is a very long route, so it will be even more work. It's also a historic route, so getting accurate information can be harder, and deciding what is "correct" can be harder when information seems to conflict.

All of that would be causes for this to take more time than estimated! But with every extra week it takes, the route will be that much better on release. ;)
