Arosa Line speed problem.

Post by earwigo »

In the scenario 'Early Morning Timber Collection', I find that the Allegra unit won't exceed about 29.5 km/hr, even going downhill. As a result of this, I can't make the timing required to have a successful run. Has anyone else noticed this, and is there an answer to it? With all brakes off, and with the regulator at maximum, and going down the steep grade, I still can't get the unit to exceed the 29.5 km/hr. It's as if there is another braking system which I don't know about :-?
Thanks for any help.
Stuart.

You may have the speed limit control set to 30. The set value is shown by the red triangle highlighted by the oval in the attached screen shot and controlled by the lever also highlighted (Key 'Y' to increase - 'C' to decrease.

The tutorial scenario is well worth doing if you've not already done it.
