And VR strikes another blow for customer dissatisfaction.

I finally managed to log on to check my purchase downloads, only to find that the list of files and version numbers is suspect - I have several products where my version number is higher than that shown in my account. Moreover, there is no link to download any of those products - all the entries are strictly plain text . . .

Disgusted of Dunstable . . .

It works for me at the moment -just click the text and a dowload button appears.

Works for me as well. Would suggest 'disgusted of Dunstable' tries a different browser. If that doesn't work try emailing VR support, you're more likely to get a useful answer than posting here.
