UKTS Freeware Packs Installation Problem

Having difficulty installing the UKTS freeware packs. They appear to download from the site o.k. but on clicking the installer
they appear to start loading but then come up with error 2738 may be a problem with the pack? Anyone having similar issues.
Any suggestions to overcome the problem please?

Thanks gptech for your reply, I downloaded from UKTS today. I did try TrainSimDev when the UKTS site was being upgraded
but got a message with some packs saying a newer version was available but not on their site?

I am hoping to re-install Whitby & Pickering and like a fool didn't keep a separate back up!

Any suggestions much appreciated.

Tried download from TSD and same result - pack won't install! Attached screen shot if it may help?
This same fault is coming up with all the packs in scenic items and steam locos, carriage pack, wagons & vans and diesel loco pack.
Any help appreciated as I would like to get the Whitby 7 Pickering route up and running again!
