Re: Vulcan productions Christmas goodies
Hi
I have followed the instructions on the DP simulations page, and have just retried the HST QD, I tried before and pleased to say the fix has worked, and I managed to run it from Newton Abbott and Exeter, and unlike some quick drives, this one had AI traffic coming the other way.
Thanks all at VP and DP for sorting the problem out so quickly.
Mike

Well done SkylineBoy!
The VP download is a mega coach pack indeed - 693mb!
Installed no problems. I do not have the Steam Class 20 so swapped that in The Devonshire Dart for the Just Trains blue 20 with head code box and scenario now loads fine - off for the drive!
What would we do without all you experts on here who always seem to be able to find the proverbial needle in the reskin haystack.....
Thanks for your help guys.
Peter

Today's fix has sorted out the Quick Drives very nicely. Happily reliving my youth taking down the numbers and workings of everything I pass along the way. Superb work, this route and scenarios.

I'm not old enough to remember that but it is nice to be transported back to how things used to be. Just did an early morning HST from Paignton to Exeter using RW Enhancer and the AP weather pack with the sun rising when I was skirting the waterline and passed several trains including a couple of 47's, a 45, a 50, a couple of 31's, a DMU and a couple of freights. Doesn't get much better, it was beautiful. Time to do a return trip.yerkes wrote:Today's fix has sorted out the Quick Drives very nicely. I have just downloaded the quick drives from DPS but I'm sorry to say whatever I try to do it crashes to desktop.

Have you reinstalled the 6MT Mk1 blue-grey coaches pack from DPS?

Re: Vulcan productions Christmas goodies
I have a query with the BR Blue Class 47 megapack in that none of the locomotives will reverse, all I get is a lot of clag and the throttle sound goes off the charts, but, they won't budge a millimetre, and it doesn't matter if they are light engine, or, have any kind of train attached, I just can't get any of them to go backwards, and before you ask, yes, I have re-acquired a brand new Kuju Asset folder with the base locomotives in, put the reskin packages in and reinstalled the AP sound pack again, but, still to no avail, anyone else have this problem, at all, please?
