That's looking really good Gary. I see a scenario on the SLANCS route might have to be done in the near future. :D

Richard, a quick test and the colour change of the plate is relatively simple....

The yellow is from the domino dot texture itself, the body texture controls the colour of the dot itself. Back to front, I know, because it's the alpha channel that determines which bits of the domino are seen. I'll have to have a ponder over the best way to go with this one..... :o

Hello Gary, I know you are a busy man, just wondering did you get any further with the yellow marker light plate?

Ooooh...that makes it appear as if I actually do something important :)

It has/had been shoved on the back burner (busy=other things to do/lazy/forgetful/ability to drop things when they get too complicated) but now you've forced me back into action on it.....

What I/we have is:

Image

From left to right, the 86 with a "domino" headcode which it appears they never actually carried, going from the 0000 display straight to the plated headcode box--the one in the middle. The full 'domino' of a white light (dot) on a black background seems to have been applied as a cosmetic thing on a depot by depot basis (right hand loco)
I can't get rid of the cable on the front, remove the headlight, nor change the colour of the light housing due to technical issues ( be sceptical, that means I don't know how  ) but if they'll suffice I'll happily shove them on a server.

Those amended 86s look quite good Gary. :)

I would be happy to have them in game as I'm sure others will

Hi Gary, thanks for doing these, they will come in very handy. I have found a pictures of 86235 with a domino headcode on page 18 of 'Seventies spotting days along the West Coast Main line' dated 1977, and 86251 in the same year (colour rail) so at least two were like it. It's a shame you cannot get the yellow backplate without HI light version working as this is how they were in early 80's.

All the best, Richard.

They even got the TDM cables before the Headlights
But is a Blue Loco with TDM cables correct?
All the pictures I find the TDM arrived with the DVTs and InterCity livery

Either way a very good pack Gary - thanks :)

If anybody has missing textures on the Pre-Tops Class 86, they're at https://ln.sync.com/dl/a8563f910/tvw7bt ... h-4eigdgwy
Just extract them from the .zip archive into the ..\Assets\RSC\Class86Pack\RailVehicles\Electric\Class86\BR Blue\Pre TOPS\Textures folder.

I'll amend the pack overnight.
