Luib to Strathyre with Killin and Lochearnhead Download Link

This patch brings Luib to Strathyre up to Version 1.3. Fixes include track markers, water columns and some scenic tweaks. It can be installed using either the TSUtilities or manually using 7zip or similar. Note: This is a Patch not a full install. Please let the new files overwrite existing files!
