Re: Bossman Games
The major one missing is the Princess Royal Class. With 2 in Preservation, there shouldn't be too much difficultymichaelhendle wrote:Hello,

Just bought the Royal Scot - what a brilliant piece of work! I see on their website that they have a rebuilt Patriot in development too! To what does "condition" refer in the loco set up options? Tried all the 1 to 5 settings but no change from "ex-works"?

I can only assume the changes don't take effect visually until you press play.dlljones wrote:Just bought the Royal Scot - what a brilliant piece of work! Re: Bossman Games
I wonder if we may perhaps get a 8F pack from BMG at some point.. the existing model is sadly getting long in the tooth and they do seem to be focusing on LMS locos for the most part..

Re: Bossman Games
A Princess Royal would be good as we've never had one in TS so far.
Re my post about condition, the "ex works" condition remains during play whatever the setting I've used.

Re: Bossman Games
I've added a new section to the manual which will be in a patch due for release sometime this weekend:dlljones wrote:Re my post about condition, the "ex works" condition remains during play whatever the setting I've used.
"The locomotive condition modes change the steaming performance. Condition 5 will give you a loco in perfect condition, whereas lower numbers all the way down to 1 will give you worse locomotives. 5 simulates a locomotive “ex-works” with tight joints and clean tubes etc. 1 simulates a leaky loco in run down condition, and will thus be harder to drive/make steam. By default all locos are set to condition 5."
The patch will also fix some other known issues that were not picked up/didn't present themselves during the testing process.
Cheers,
Ben

Re: Bossman Games
Very happy with the Royal Scot, and with a rebuilt Patriot to follow LMS/LMR expresses are now in good hands. I would certainly love to see a Princess Royal, but how about an up-to-date version of the 245 strong Hughes/Fowler ‘Crab’ 2-6-0….?

***UPDATE***
We have done an update for the Rebuilt Royal Scot Add-On. This fixes the loco not loading properly in certain scenarios, displaying multiple nameplates and inactive features such as the regulator and auto-fireman. Unfortunately this was not caught during testing, but it is now fixed.
To get this update, please re-download the installer and re-install. Your download attempts have been reset.
Best wishes,
