Quick question regarding Nvida Inspector

I found it, downloaded the .Rar but all I can extract from it is a square graphicsdisplay telling me all about the Graphics Card. not the illustration in your guide.

Does the pc need to be online or anything, or have I downloaded the wrong NI ?

Thanks again

John
You have the correct download, you need to click on the icon to the right of the driver version info, it's half way down in the left hand window.

I'm just fitting the 1TB SSD but I'll look later.
Thank you.

John
You have the correct version.
When NVI is opened look at the middle right there is a tiny green icon click on that and it starts the nVidiaProfile inspector click on that ad you are away.
Also where you have nvidiainspector.exe installed, there is also a nVidiaProfileInspector.exe file- run that as admin - same result!
I save the latter as a desktop shortcut!
Thousands beat me to it!!

As promised, I have published a basic pictorial guide on how set up a nVidia Graphics card using nVidia Control Panel (NVCP) and nVidia Inspector (NVI).
It covers both Standard and GSync monitors, and includes settings for those using nVidia DSR (aka Downsampling).
There are descriptions of all the NVCP parameters.
Please let me know if there any corrections needed, anything missing, anything not understood, plus any constructive criticism is welcome.
Due to the diverse development of nvidia cards of the last few years some of the menu items in NVCP may differ on your rig!

ps Sorry, AMD stuff is above my paygrade :D
Peter
Are these setting ok for 2019 64bit? NVCP, and the FPSLimit=25 command line is this still valid for 64bit?

Thank you for the post and I have just obtained a new PC with Nvida 1060 card and W12 last month and I am in a bit of a mess.
Before unzipping I would ask your opinion and advice, I run a 40" hd television for my monitor and ask if you aware if this would create some problems changing nvidia settings or just proceed ?

devon etc
if the monitor works OK in Windows then there should not be any issues in TS2019.
Just use the default Resolution in Windows and use that in TS 2019.
