Hi,
I must apologise for some mis-information on the Making Tracks TEA Bogie Tank Wagon Expansion Pack download screen, and in the enclosed readme.

The TEA Bogie Tank Wagon Base Pack MUST have been installed already, otherwise installation of the expansion pack will fail. Thanks to member 'lightandlighting' for bringing this to my attention!

It's not quite so straight forward but full details are in the revised readme included in my re-upload.
