Railfreight Red Stripe livery Class 37

Post by USRailFan »

Has anyone made a Railfreight Red Stripe livery Class 37? There does not seem to be any here in the file library... Possibly in one of Armstrong's Stock packs?

It’s something I’d like to see too. I do recall Richard Fletcher posing a screen shot and one was lurking in the back ground. I don’t think he ever released it though, it would have been on DPS website if it had.

Yes, that was one of the sites I checked. Unfortunately that reskin does not seem to have been uploaded (yet)

The best ones I have seen have unfortunately been lost, (I think), they were reskins by Nattydredd and I downloaded these from the Railworks Repaints website some time ago. I am not sure if these are available anywhere else? I spoke with Nattydredd the other day on a different matter and he is having a long term rest from Railworks.
I really hope someone can find them as they are really good reskins and useful in scenarios. There is also a 37/4 Large logo pack for the Cardiff Canton tractors and a complete 37/0 + 37/4 Scotrail pack, all by Nattydredd, does anyone know where his work is being hosted now?

These were the ones done by Clive Richards, I'm sure, unfortunately, if you remember, Clive passed away in Nov/Dec last year and I think his work was passed on to his family, rather than Nat, I can't honestly remember all the ins and outs of everything now, but, they aren't available any more

I haven't had a thorough look as I'm using my phone, but you may find they're at https://bluestarsimulations.co.uk/railworks-repaints

This only seems to contain one thing, a set of container reskins for the Class 92?

Sorry must have wrote the author info down wrong, good luck in finding these skins somewhere, they complete the timeframe of the 37's.

Use the link provided and at the top click on menu - there are a lot of 37 re-skins and a red stripe among them! Wasn't obvious as the main
item is the container re skins. Hope that helps.

So, the options would seem to be...
drop 'em a message asking if the have the *right* reskins and if so do they intend to release them
or
somebody does new reskins

Just to clarify, they are my reskins and are not available on any websites at the moment.
They should be available on Blue Star simulations eventually.
They require the Kuju Class 37's (European assets pack) and the RSC Class37_01 pack (which is now discontinued)
PM me for more info.
