Yeah great customer service from AP :D :D
I'm really impressed with this pack as I was a work today in Woking and herd some class 159s go past
and they sounded almost the same at the ones in Train Sim!! :D :D

Apologies for the bump, but thought it easier than creating a new thread:

Cannot for the life of me, get this to appear in TS2018, i’m trying to create a new scenario in the editor, have the providers ticked (AP158 and RSC Class 159 Pack) but it still won’t appear.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Are you certain you downloaded and installed the Extra Stock from the product page?

D’oh! Amateur mistake!

I thought that was only needed if you were using the stock for the included scenarios!

Thank you.

Why should he need to download the extra stock to make his own scenario. I would of thought all he'll need is the main download and the branding pack. And to tick the RSC 159 and the correct 158 in the provider list.

Because it contains many of the files needed for the enhancement pack to work. It won't if you don't download it.

The 'Extra Stock' pack is marked as an essential requirement on the AP product page, and most importantly contains the .bin files for the DMU's coaches---the .bin files are what the game reads in order to add the stock to the 'available assets' listing.

That’s what caught me out, normally when I’ve purchased AP packs, the ‘Extra Stock’ is only a requirement if you plan to use the included scenarios, that’s why I didn’t bother this time!

Yep, that's how it usually works; with this pack though the 'extras' that are for the running of the scenario only are under a slightly different heading:
Scenario Requirements

Please note that these items are only required if you would like to use the scenarios included in this pack.
Are you all sorted now though? that's the main thing we're trying to help with.
