I use 2 monitors and borderless mode. The smaller monitor is used for manuals, Notrack IR, Raildriver interface and anything else I need. I have no issues with TS casued by this that I am aware off.

An advantage of windowed mode:

The 3D preview window in the blueprint editor is larger; the same size as the windowed resolution (1600 x 900 in my case).
