Transpennine Route Livestream

Post by tomhas2 »

So it has been a long tim coming and many of you had followed the routes progress years ago. The route got shelved about 6 or so years back but last july i decided to crack on. The route has been given a huge overhaul bringing the lineside and partial distance vegetation upto todays standards. At the cost of using dlc it is nearly ready for a release.

If anyone is interested Alan Thomson Simulation will be hosting a special preview livestream on myself and Vulcan Productions behalf. The route is in progress still but is mainly complete now so at 1830pm tonight if your at a loose end go and take a look at whats to come.

Been watching bits of it, very impressed with the work. What routes does the route include, is it a York to York loop via Harrogate then Garforth?

York - Harrogate - Leeds for this version mate, though the track via church fenton is on the next to do list it is already laid.

Is it fair to guess, an expansion to Scarborough is a possibility?

From the little I saw of the stream the route looks to be very professionally done. I certainly recognised the parts of the route I am familiar with and look forward to its release. Great job!

Very nice and plenty of opportunity for scenarios and further expansion if you wish. I wish you all the best in the release, I'm sure your hard work will be worth it.

Looks absolutely superb, well done guys. The icing on the cake for me will be the drivers notes (from a real driver of the route) . The last time I saw these in a route were for SWWales - they seemed to work well!

Could the Dev's give us a list of requirements please?

With a Steam Sale knocking on the door it would be a shame for people to miss a good route for the sake of some assets.

Thanks
