Issues installing Aromstrong Powehouse Packs

Hello,
I've recently got a new laptop, but my Armstrong Powerhouse Enhancement packs do not work? I have downloaded the packs off the website, ran the installers but in-game they don't appear? The packs in question are the HST MTU pack and the Class 91 pack.
The power-cars do not appear in the list trains I can select in the scenario editor, even though I have loaded them in.
In consists, they do appear in the list but when selected, nothing happens at all.
Anyone know what I can do? I've downloaded the packs again hoping that it may work, but no luck...

Have you also downloaded the extra stock packs as well as I think they contain some parts that may be required.

That's just a guess.
