Vulcan Productions Xmas content

Post by deltic009 »

Once again the team have been working hard tying together the lose ends of various WIP projects in order to provide some festive cheer for all of our followers.

Day 1 (yesterday) saw a reduction in price for the Preserved Deltic Pack from £10.99 to £7.99 until 21:00 on the 2nd January 2018.

Day 2 is as festive as they come. Chiltern Railways released a festive sleigh livery for MK3 DVT 82302 on 4th December. And now just 8bdays later the skin can be yours, complete with realistic child objects and a scenario for those who own JT Chiltern Mainline and the Class 68 in addition to the Armstrong Powerhouse / Waggonz Class 90 pack available from the AP website. You can download from the page below.

12 Days of Christmas Day 2!

The Mk1 Mega Pack. Includes almost 90 reskins of Mk1's from the 6MT Clan Pack (chosen due to it's relatively low price and vast amount of coach variety) into various BR liveries, along with a bonus set in WCRC livery (which even includes WCRC sleeper coaches!).

The coaches are in Choc/Cream,Carmine/Cream,Maroon and Southern liveries for the main pack, with both grey and black roofed versions.

The following models are reskinned:
BFK,BSK,BG,FK,SK,RMB,TSO,SLC,SLF and SLSTP

They are available on our site now at:

Thank you Dan Holmes, Matt & Vulcan Productions for this reskin.

The MKS Class 73 is becoming one of my favourite locos - must revisit some of the Southern scenarios :)

12 days of Christmas Day 5!

Today sees the release of 2 reskins representing D7672/25322 (25912) 'Tamworth Castle' in it's special BR Two Tone Green livery, and "Ice Cream Van" BR Blue livery as carried towards the end of it's career with BR. 25322 was the final member of it's class to work on the mainline and made it's final run on 30th March 1991. A version of 25322 with snow ploughs is also included.

It is now preserved and is stored at Cheddleton on the Churnet Valley Railway, making it a perfect loco for our CVR route!

Moving back on track for today, we have a section of 3 GUV reskins as Motorails vehicles.

12 days of Christmas day 7!

Today's release sets us up to move into the final days,in which we have some fantastic content lined up.

Today's download contains 3 reskins of the GUV coach in BR Blue Pack 02 (BR Blue Diesel and Electric pack on Steam) into InterCity Motorail Coaches, with the reskins provided by Ben Yates. Matt Wilson has compiled the manual, installer and made child objects and custom scripts for this.

A scenario for WCML Over Shap is also included using the Motorail coaches, as a representation of 1C11 Euston-Carlisle in the 1990's. Scenario requirements are listed in the manual, it is quite DLC heavy but it has a great feel of accuracy and atmosphere.

Enjoy!

The coaches only require BR Blue Pack 02,the scenario requirements are on the link below.
