Re: Digital Traction
Wouldn't mind seeing the Metropolitan Railways E Class, would go perfect for when Just Trains extends their London Marylebone to Aylesbury addon, run a Steam on the Met on it

Re: Digital Traction
Hmmm.... I like that idea a lot! Hopefully JT have the sense to include the Chesham Branch... and if someone ever does Met 1, they should do either a set of Dreadnoughts, or of course the Bluebell's lovely Ashbury ('Chesham') Set.

If the Chesham Branch isn't included, there still be a perfect run from from Harrow-on-the-Hill to Amershamsem34090 wrote:Hmmm.... I like that idea a lot! Re: Digital Traction
True,,, but branches are fun! Especially if whoever was to make the Asbury set was to offer it in original (loco hauled), later (EMU), final (Push-Pull Steam Hauled) and preserved (almost, but not quite, the same as the original).

Re: Digital Traction
Hi
I have just been reading about the NRM LSWR T3 has just been gifted by them to the Swanage Railway, the long time plan is to return it to service, the proviso about the gift is if and when the Swanage Railway have no use for it,they have to give the NRM the first chance to have it back.
So DT might be interested in making a T3.

Re: Digital Traction
Someone should do the Swanage Railway... I know there's one on UKTS, but it didn't ever work for me.

I asked Just Trains about the Chesham and Watford branches a few hours ago and just got back to me, they quotedsem34090 wrote:True,,, but branches are fun! Re: Digital Traction
Marvelous news. I had no idea that the delay to the "N2", was due to an illness of one of their excellent modellers. I do wish him well.Victorianlad wrote:We have many many new engines to release like CR 123, CR 812, LSWR Radial, LNER P2, GNR Stirling Single, GCR Jersey Lillie, GWR
Dukedog, CR Cardeans, LSWR B4, HR Jones Goods and so on, the major of which are already in game and getting ready for release after the N2 and there wont be any set order in which they are released. As for the pre order, the N2 is that last
time we will ever be doing a pre order for anything as set backs like this can happen and people wonder what happened or worse. So that will be the last of the pre-orders. All of us are working literally night and day to bring things to you a quick
as possible but at the best quality we can as I am working over 14 hours a day to get things out as quick as possible. If you have any questions at all, please fire them away and I will answer any I can.

Re: Digital Traction
I'm really looking forward to the N2 for some reason, and I can't work out why!

Re: Digital Traction
I'm looking forward to getting the N2 it's going to be ideal for the Cambridgeshire Route,Kings X to Welwyn Local,Kings Cross Hitchen and Kings Cross Royston.
I will probably use some Matrix Coaches with them, especially the New Great Northern non corridor stock.

Hi
I'm going to wait for the BR Version to come out before buying it,unless you need this version as the base model.

Re: Digital Traction
I think it is likely that any future livery pack will require the base model. That is how previous packs have been handled both by DT and others (e.g. SSS releases), and it makes commercial sense for them.michaelhendle wrote:Hi

Re: Digital Traction
So it's out... but I can't afford it yet!
As much as I love the liveries it's been issued with, and part of me is joyous that no BR livery is included, I really could do with BR black to use on Weardale & Teesdale, as other than the NNR there are no period GNR routes (For the GNR, or even the LNER period). Pity the Quad-Arts haven't been done in GNR livery (Did they ever get it?). The MT GNR stock can't come soon enough!
So, Mr Kris, what's next?! 123, 812, Adams, P2, Claud?

Re: Digital Traction
Why would you be joyous because no BR livery is included, surely as long as the liveries you want to see are there, I don't understand what difference to you it makes?! I won't be purchasing it until BR livery is included as it is my main area of interest.sem34090 wrote:So it's out... but I can't afford it yet!

It is not really a suitable loco for Weardale as I don't think they ever worked in the North East?
