Chinley V3.1 Is out now

Post by michaelhendle »

Hi

Just to say if you had Jett Griffs Chinley routes there is a updated version which extends the route through to Manchester London Road Station.

At present it's available from TrainSim.com,but you have to look for it as it's hidden away between a lot of MSTS Indian Railways items.

Or if you wait it will be on watawallys bit-JetGriff Routes,at present it's still showing Chinley V2.1,the new version will overwrite V2.1

It's a Steam Era Route

Railworks Route--Chinley V3. Done my best with freeware available, Manchester Midland a bit disappointing but... if you have the payware with it swap it over. This version goes from Manchester Midland and London Road Stations (London Road just started) and goes as far as Great Longstone on the Derby line and Sheffield Midland Station plus Buxton. There is also the line to Chesterfield started as well (Coal to Manchester scenario). It has 4 x 2.5 mile tunnels and the 3.5 mile Totley tunnel. It's all mostly on grades so braking becomes as much a skill as driving particularly on the loose coupled loaded stone trains. By John Griffiths.

For some reason TrainSim.com have never provided "Search" results that you can pass on. They will only work for the person that originally did the search.

Perhaps you should be telling the developer that? You can't expect every TS user to know the railway geography of the whole world.

I believe they last a fixed time (24 hours, possibly) before expiring. Using the same search result would not give subsequent users an up-to-date search if, for example, a new version of Chinley had been released.

Hi
You can now get the route from a UK web site,no need to use TrainSiim.Com,
The UK site is wotawallysbits.co.uk-jetgriff-routes

Most of the items needed like locomotives are available from UKTS Down load page,or Free Pack items,no extra payware routes are needed.

The Developer did not call it Manchester London Road - but instead he called Manchester Midland
