Hi everyone quick question on switching junctions on a route instead of going onto the map? As it's awkward when your driving a fast train and your trying to find the switch before you reach the junction in question, is there a button in the cab or is there a shortcut button that you can press?
Cheers, Ian.

There is also a Button.
Click on the Task Information button.
As that appears on the right are buttons to change the points ahead or behind and also the button to request passing a Signal at Danger.
It's on page 48 of your TS2017 Manual

Using a key combination or the Task listing both work when switching junction, but how do you know the junction needs switching? That takes us back to needing to view the 2D map!
What is the big problem with using the 2D map?

What's so awkward about having the map centred on the player, and zoomed out a bit?749006 wrote:I presume the OP is in Free Roam ?gptech wrote:What is the big problem with using the 2D map?Peterclass1987 wrote:As it's awkward when your driving a fast train and your trying to find the switch before you reach the junction in question.
It doesn't take much time to flip from cab to map as you're driving to see just how far the 'blue line' goes.
