Using a decal for the logo, and there are numerous ones already in the game that can be 'borrowed', would get round any mirroring issues.

Yep, you are right I just couldn't recall where anyone had published repaints of JT assets. However, when I thought about it, there are quite a few e.g. Class 153s and Class 60s.

I'll get onto publishing the branding patch for the S8. Even though it involves a mirror of one logo due to texture mapping, unless of course a child object is used. For this low res. primarily AI unit, it is debatable whether this is worth it. A simple texture patch still adds a good measure of realism. To me LU stock looks very strange without the iconic logo.

That would be nice running the loco on the mainline Southern routes :)

Just completed the scenario "D Stock final run". A great scenario that really shows off the route. Lots of AI S7s ( JT S8s ) on the District Line sections and 1973 refurb. deep tunnel stock on the Piccadilly Line sections.

The 1973 stock looks and drives just as well as the D stock also ! A credit to Richard Scott and the whole team.
How Did you get S Stock Branding? and thanks for the feedback on my scenario

Just a thought when I used the D stock as AI for my North London Line 313 scenario, I noticed theres no 'Upminster' destination available? I checked the manual in case I was missing something and confirms there is no code for Upminster.

With a lot of services to Upminster I just wondered why it is omitted?

Well I've finally installed Virtual District and it's well worth the rather long installation process, in fact I'd say it sets a new 'gold standard' for the sim, it's just so realistic! I've travelled from Hammersmith to Acton Town several times for open days at Acton Depot and it's just spot on. Also the level of accurate detail is amazing e.g. the light box train information displays at Earls Court which I believe are listed.

If only World of Subways 3 had been as good!

So well done to the creators, you've set a standard that will be hard to beat.

Thanks for the kind words Dave. It means a lot to all of us on the team to get excellent feedback like yours. We all installed WOS 3 when it first came out and felt we had to beat it in terms of feel and detail. Since the lighting engine in TS was upgraded it became obvious that the goalposts had been moved in our favour.
Work has now started on the C stock train and extending from Putney Bridge to Wimbledon.
Releasing the route has brought the team together and reinvigorated us. Hopefully the upgrades will be a much simpler install procedure too.

I've been waiting till all the issues have been sorted out for this route.... Is there a single file now with all the fixes where I can download the route and assets please?

If you go back to my original dropbox link in the Route Release Imminent thread on our forums ( link Here )
https://www.dropbox.com/sh/2uryw1w7pm2w ... Kg4ra?dl=0

All the fixes are in place. Note it is a 4 part install and there are 2 dependencies needed to run the route. You must have installed the Isle of Wight and London to Brighton routes. Oxford to Paddington is a good idea too, since it was a default route at the time we started construction and I used track and assets from it heavily at Ealing Broadway. The route will run without it though, but you will miss a lot of scenery items without it.

The install is explained in the readme and is not difficult if you don't rush. Just take your time and be thorough. If you have any issues just yell and we'll get you up and running.
You can't do any harm by installing our route. Everything can be uninstalled by the Package Manager and deleting the route.

So the answer to " is there a single file.....etc " is no. One file (.rwp) and everybody is catered for; those who like the package manager can install that way, those who prefer a 'hands on' approach can do it that way.
Any assets not included in such a package for copyright or permission reasons can be easily documented with links to where they can be obtained.
