I highly doubt it would have been anything else other than a 172 as that is the unit that runs on the line. Granted the electrification is underway but I wouldn't have thought dtg would do the next generation unit for the route giving no details or cab are available to model as yet.

I wonder if a cab end gangway could be added as a child object for a London Midland reskin.

Not only the class 172 will be included, but also the much awaited West London Line!

The GOBLIN Line, coming soon.

Also included is the much-sought after West London Line from Willesden Junction to Clapham Junction via Kensington Olympia.

I'm going to have a real headache trying to join the bits that I don't already have onto my Backdated NLL route.

This is a day 1 purchase for me.

There is something iffy about that 172 though, in all of the pictures. The reskin looks better IMHO.

Still the route looks really good.

Nice to see the cab doors are openable but I think the issues in it not looking right are mainly a symptom of that livery.

I think I can see the same thing. The cab front looks like it's been stretched a bit.
Could be simply FOV and camera angles but compare it to a photo.

Not that I would cite that as a reason not to get it of course.

This route should bring excellent freight scenario opportunities. I'm sure Danny will implement this into his South London Network route.

Edit: potential steamdb entry https://steamdb.info/app/500211/subs/

Was hoping this was out today. Oh well suppose I'll have to wait at least another week until I can part with my money!

That would be really good if he done that :)

Looking good, I like the third picture showing the 172 at Harringay Station it has a feel of the PlayStation 2 game 'The Getaway', Really captures the gloominess of London.

I will possibly do that, although the only bad side to it is that South London is set in 2012 and Goblin is set in 2016 :) (I still have the issue of London Bridge ), but I'm also working on an Electrified version of Goblin (for after release whenever that will be :) ), Merged version of Munich Augsburg, Rosenheim and Innsbruck and also South London & Thameslink (with a 2015 version too) (which the Blackfriars section is a bit stressful to be honest).
Something goes here??

Danny, will it be possible to merge this with ECML London to Peterborough to enable 325 scenarios from Willesden Royal Mail?
