They are separate routes unfortunately.GrateEastern wrote:Not sure if my inexperience with DLC and TS2017 is to blame here but I bought the NNL & Goblin add-on Assuming that the original NNL activities would be on it, likewise the Class 313 pack I bought has scenarios that don't appear.
Do I have to buy the original NNL too?

You're not missing much by not having the original NLL scenarios, certainly not enough to consider purchasing a whole route just for them.
Never assume what you'll get, the product page on Steam details what's included.
If you have scenarios for the 313 installed they WILL port over from the (mostly empty) NLL route folder you have and work on the ALL+Goblin version---after a little TLC in the editor.

Thanks all. I feared that my big shop wasn't the bargain I'd hoped for.

Re: DTG Gospel Oak - Barking Line
On Xavier's website he has updated this 1980s backdated route this week, his current version is V3.05, is this complete now, or, is any more work going to be done on this route to make it a version 4, in which case I won't personalise my installed copy just yet, until it's completely finished.

- I've ruled out the rest of the Watford DC Lines and Euston unless a WCML South route based off the NLL is produced.

Hmmm, well, nobody apart from DTG will ever know if they are going to create a route including Euston northwards, Xavier, and even if they do it could be another 12/18 months before it gets released, who knows. I'll consider this as complete for now, then, it gives me chance to tweak it to my own personal preference, if we get anything else in future, it's a bonus, anyway, we have plenty to play on with this, it's yet another cracker of a route matey, thanks very much for taking the time to merge everything and backdate it for us all.

I found myself in a similar situation to Grate Eastern - any idea on how I might port any NLL scenarios into the NLL+GOB route?
Thanks

Does anyone else find this route extremely tricky to create scenarios for? Must be one of the most memory intensive routes I've come across and as a result, it doesn't take many trains to hit the memory limit of the game. A real shame as it's a great network but in reality, not actually that usable due to limitations of the sim.

Are you refering to the editor? I have created a Real Time run from Acton through to Dagenham with plenty of AI and had few crashes.

Both to be honest as they attract a similar memory draw. Which items of stock does that scenario use of interest?RobertM wrote:Are you refering to the editor? I have created a Real Time run from Acton through to Dagenham with plenty of AI and had few crashes.

If you intend to keep NLL clone the scenarios and cut and paste those clones into the NLL+Goblin Scenarios folder; if you're going to junk NLL just cut/paste them over......any idea on how I might port any NLL scenarios into the NLL+GOB route?
Thanks

You'll probably need to drop into the editor to edit any destinations with slightly different names, but that's pretty straight forward to do. I'm away from home until next week so can't go into it in great detail but if you want to pick one as an example I'll happily post step by step instructions when I'm home.

I've had the same issue.phat2003uk wrote:Does anyone else find this route extremely tricky to create scenarios for? Tried to do a scenario from Richmond to North Woolwich on my '80s version and even just the act of putting down static consists meant that 9 times out of 10 my computer couldn't handle the scenario beyond Willesden Junction.
