I just found this site, there are some really good re skinned steam locomotives you can down load from it,
Some are in fictitious liveries but others are in proper liveries,it's worth a look at,there S&DJR locomotives annd stock look good.

Yes, I wish they would make it clear with each reskin whether it is fictitious or not. Some are obvious, others not so. I did message the site owner suggesting this, as it would take no effort to mention it in the description, but had no response.

I quite recommend Kris' reskins, (he's a mate of mine), certainly adds a shade of colour to the sim, especially with the current fad of BR Black and BR Green

Have just downloaded several of these reskins and have noticed that whilst going to copy over the GeoPcDx files as usual as instructed have found that some of the downloaded files already contain the original GeoPcDX files which should not be so.

Re: http://victorianreskins.jimdo.com/
Had fun downloading and running some of the reskins here.
However...
When creating QD consists with the various reskins of the DT M7 I still get the SR numbers from the original model showing over the new liveries...
Can anyone (gptech?) teach me how to edit files (if possible) to prevent this?
I am unable to communicate with the author as I am not a member of Facebook...
Any help would be greatly appreciated...
Regards
Mike

Re: http://victorianreskins.jimdo.com/
The simplest way is to make a custom numbers.dcsv file that has an extra character added at the end.
This will stop any numbers being displayed, but don't forget to change the reference to this file in your reskin blueprint at near the top.
