Thanks again guys for your help with my rig versus TS2017.

From what some of your are suggesting RAM could be an issue. I do have 20GB of RAM made up of 2 x 8GB (Crucial BLS8G3D1339DS1S00 - 667 MHz) and 2 x 2GB (Crucial CT25664BA1067.M8FD - 533MHz). Should I remove the two 2GB pieces as 16GB should in itself be ample for my needs?

I do have a lot of junk in my TS folder especially in my own folder that contains scenery etc bits and pieces I have built over many years. Time for that to have a spring clean I think!
