Not bought it yet can someone who does own it answer these questions before I buy it

1. In the images the train is unbranded is this just for screenshot images in AP website and FB after the virgin trains thing and is it branded correctly in game

2. There are comments on the preview video saying the sounds are reused from class 158 and another pack (220 if I recall) are these sounds recycled from other packs ??

Having used this sound pack I don't feel that they are in any way 'recycled'. It certainly doesn't sound like the 158 or a 220. And I must admit I particularly like this pack. Oh and it is branded. There is a branding patch as a seperate download on the AP product page.
I don't think you'll be disapointed

I would hardly think Rich is the type of person to mess around with half measures, indeed he has spent a considerable amount of time and money into his sound equipment and business! As Mike says sounds like a 175 and nowt else.

Did someone find out, how to use the destination display in the scenario editor? The manual only says, that the destination display is controlle by the DMSLA - but what do I have to type in?

It's the same system as the default unit so just change the letter after the unit number :). The South Wales Coastal manual says which letter corresponds to which destination.

Just purchased this today and i really really like the pack it is excellent highly recommended. Ran one of the supplied scenarios although had to F2 Enter the start as i dont own the JT waggons so the freight trains were running around loco only. (not a fault with the pack in anyway) But sound wise this pack is excellent well done AP 10/10

I just bought and installed this, and can't see any reference to my problem, so here goes . .

The Power Lever doesn't work correctly using the HUD. Trying to increase power, it first bounces around, then after resistance, jumps to 25%, then to 100%. Pulling it back, it jumps down to -10% (braking). No smooth control at all, basically unworkable.

Nothing in the write-up for the pack states that it won't work with the HUD, and I don't like being forced to use the mouse and drag the actual lever (which is difficult here anyway as you can't see the road ahead while doing so)

I have also reinstalled, with no improvement

Am I missing something? I have seen no other comments on this subject.

Sorry to state the obvious but have you unlocked the power controller with the master key and put in Forward or Reverse?

Yes, otherwise I wouldn't be able to move!

Done all the prep work. It's just the power lever which doesn't operate smoothly (in fact, is barely controllable)

I'm pretty sure that the "pro" soundpacks due to their scripting and "enhancements" have made the f4 hud unuseable with them? Pretty sure you can only use them with expert controls too. :-?

The product page only says that you can't use an Xbox controller or Rail driver, no mention of it braking the F4 HUD usage.

Correct. And I've had no problem using F4 HUD with other Pro packs.

Can anyone else confirm that the Class 175 pack works for them with the HUD? All of you who said you love it, how are you driving it? I personally think it's an important disclosure.
