Hi All.
I was just wondering if it is possible in OR at the moment to have dual braked locomotives (so the availability to run in either Vac or Air depending on train?)
If so can anyone forward me to details on how to put this in place?

Re: Dual Braking
Hi Hymek,
The way I do it is to create 2 versions - one air braked and one vacuum braked making sure that each version is named differently.
Hope this helps,
Stephen

Re: Dual Braking
Not yet, but if it can be coded then it might be possible. The OR code team would need some diagrams of the dual system to study in order to get things working properly.
Right now the airbrake system looks like getting an overhaul, and it is possible that vac brakes might also get some work done on them.

It would be really good if the vac brakes got an upgrade. They not responsive enough at present.
