Hi,
Been away for couple of months and last night 'upgraded' to the new TS 2017, having acquired 4 of the 5 routes (Already own the Cardiff South Wales Route). All the routes appear to have downloaded ok.
My question is, has the user interface had any changes or not as mine seems exactly the same as before in the 2016 offering? I did have a look at some older threads from Sept. but couldn't find anything so I am assuming that nothing has changed on that score!
Regards.

Hi 'Trev123',
Thanks for your reply, I thought that was the case somehow.

I was on the old free upgrade version, the layout and the colours are different for me in the menus now, but that's about it.

You may be getting a little confused - anyone who owned TS2016 was automatically upgraded to TS2017 by DTG, through Steam. However, you didn't need any of the five routes mentioned in order for that upgrade to happen - those are the requirements for you to receive a beta version of the next simulator, Train Sim World (TSW). That will be a completely different sim. not backward-compatible with the current one.

Re: TS 2017 UI Question!
Hi Ash,
I knew about the requirements for the beta but was just curious if there were any GUI changes that I didn't see. Thanks.

Re: TS 2017 UI Question!
Ah, that's OK then. Actually, apart from the date on the loading screens, I've found no real difference between TS2016 and TS2017.
