Looking a thing the picture of the complete line line up I do dont imagine there are 250 different variants in that picture Is that 250 different variants include duplicates of weathered a and unweathered units ???

Should be nice hauling a rake if these behind a virgin trains class 87 on the wcml routes :)
Indeed, that picture is just showing the 'core' model/texture variants. If you included the minor livery variations using the likes of dynamic branding (different logos, and unbranded variants), dynamic weathering, door window bars, and CDL/non-CDL models, it is possible to create in excess of 250 unique carriages.

Ok thanks for that so in hindsight it comes with 250 different Variants but these include weathered and non weathered etc etc

so really what you get in the pack is
6 different types of coaches in 18 liverys = 108 coaches
then you have different varients.

I must have misread the post on the AP facebook then thanks for clearing that up

Nice pack and will invest at a later date as got allot to keep me going just now lolol

You didn't misread it, Ross. 250+ minor livery variations is what was posted and naturally, that includes weathered/non-weathered, branded/not branded etc. All reasonable minor livery variations in my book.

Excellent stuff!

I wasn't too sure if a passenger view was going to be included but since they are, it's an instant purchase for me!

Wish Rich would do a patch, it's a pain to redownload all that stuff again to update the coaches, especially if you are on a download limit set by your package/ISP.

You could always go to the effort of making all of the substitutes yourself one scenario at a time, for each scenario pack in RW Tools, and then realise just how much work has gone into making these available at the time of the carriage pack release. The work has been done free of charge and didn't have to be, so it's easy to download and run the odd installer in comparison.

On the Facebook chat regarding these, someone enquirers about 47 reskins to go with the pack and Rich (i assume) mentions a Class 47 enhancement pack, now i dont know if hes being serious but thats something we really need, there are fantastic reskins and there is Garys tweaks on here but to have a 47 in the game with the correct dynamics would be a start, correct exhaust and sounds, ands that before you start on the liverys and than the correct ETH cables (2 positions) TDM's Multis and the buffer cowlings oh i think im hopeing for WAY too much here, and i dont even love 47's but how can you have train sim without them

Add a sun visor across the top of the windscreen. Doesn't need to work, but for me it's a glaring omission after having driven them for so many years.

Now I'm going to have to update the scenario I uploaded 3 days ago that's got the old Mk2e's in it

In all seriousness, this is a great pack, the texturing is some of the best I've seen in any game, never mind TS. With the passenger view, that's an insta-buy for me. I made many a journey in Virgin Class 86 or 47-hauled Mk2's up and down the WCML back in the day, definitely a soft spot for that livery. I remember them being really comfortable if a bit musty by the time privatisation came around. Some of them even had a wood finish on the interior I think. Also great to have a Network Rail skin in there.

You can answer this quite easily as I did, I went to APs site, logged in and selected Downloads from the menu and hey presto, of course it is still there in its final released form.
