Inability to report a comment

One of my scenario packs received a comment which I considered to be an unhelpful moan about an item of stock included. I considered that the wording was offensive and decided to report the matter. Instead of being able to make a report I was informed that, because I didn't use the forum enough, I was not permitted to make a report. What has using the forum got to do with reporting an offensive comment? I totted them up and I currently have 49 items uploaded onto the site for people to download and I would have thought that this would be just as important as wittering on the forum for deciding a users suitability.

It should now be working and you should be able to post on the forums and comments sections without waiting for approval.

The authentication on the comments is tied to the forum authentication as well which prevents people on forum approved posting spamming the comments.
