I have contacted Just Trains a few times on this coupler issue but no response it's almost like that have forgotten about it

Hmm, usually they're very good. I wonder if any other JT locos have this coupler issue, particularly the advanced models. I have the Manors and they seem to work fine.

Have you tried coupling from outside view ? I did a scenario once and you had to connect some wagons and the only way to couple was in outside view by clicking on the coupler. You can also try with topside view. Key 7 I think.

Curiously, the fish bloater and a sunshine coach from the Riviera in the 50s route coupled fine, as did any Victory Works stock I tried. I'm doing all driving in "Intermediate" mode. Other views didn't seem to help.
