I recently reinstalled this route but I've noticed a strange graphical anomaly in the sky at Ryde. I've checked the route in RW Tools and the only assets missing are sieg_hage_yard_rusty.bin and gen_fence_telegraph_post_string.bin which I don't think are involved with whatever this is.
Below is what I'm seeing at Ryde, has anyone encountered this before or have an idea how to resolve it?

Re: Issue with IOW Network (V7)
The reskins of characters for the original IOW route have been known to cause this graphical error...a quick test would be to rename your ..\Assets\RSDL\IslandLine\Scenery\Characters folder to Characters.X (or similar) to prevent the game from being able to load them and see if that makes a difference.
Of course it could easily be another asset that's at fault, but that's the one that springs readily to mind.

I tried what you suggested but to no avail unfortunately. The shadow of whatever this thing is looks like the missing texture icon but both the sun and the moon are displaying.gptech wrote:The reskins of characters for the original IOW route have been known to cause this graphical error...a quick test would be to rename your ..\Assets\RSDL\IslandLine\Scenery\Characters folder to Characters.X (or similar) to prevent the game from being able to load them and see if that makes a difference.

Re: Issue with IOW Network (V7)
The problem is with the "Characters" folder and "Railwaymen" folder if I remember correctly so rename them both.
Railwaymen folder is also in the IslandLine\Scenery folder
Edit: on checking my findings from a year ago the problem may just be the "Railwaymen" folder. If renaming them both cures the problem I suggest you then use the original "Characters" folder and see if the problem persists. The "Railwaymen" folder was added by the IOW_NETWORK team so didn't have any connection with the original IOW route by RSDL.

Deleting the Railwaymen folder seems to resolved the issue, many thanks for your help gptech and CeeGee.
