Yes, I guess your right, "seems your provider is badly connected to the german backbone net."

I was hoping for improvement in Sifa anuncement to be much lauder than the actual one. At full accelerating the sounds coming from machine room and motors easily overcome the vocal anouncements, especially Sifa one.
