I scrapped my first attempt for a WCML Over Shap scenario as Armstrong Powerhouse had pretty much covered it in their passenger scenario pack for the same route.
This time I would like to create one for the West Highland South route. This would be a freight scenario - 6E45 the 8:07 from Fort William Alcan to Mossend. I am using the May 2012 working timetable.
I used Google image search to see what rolling stock is used, and it looks like this service uses Class 66 locomotives with several tank wagons (I counted 24 in a YouTube video of this service). I found an image that has a Class 60 hauling the train. http://flickrhivemind.net/Tags/6e45/Interesting
What kind of wagons are used in this service? And secondly, are 66's used solely on this service or could I put in a Class 60 in place (since I would like to have more Class 60 scenarios)?
Thank you for your help.

Re: Rolling stock question for my second scenario attempt
The wagons are PCA powder tanks and there are some included with the West Highland Line South route. A Class 66 would be the expected power over the line, as there is a pool of these fitted with RETB equipment. I'm not sure if a Class 60 has even visited the West Highlands.
Expanding the TS wagon fleet.
Re: Rolling stock question for my second scenario attempt
Thank you. I don't know which 66s are in this pool, but I'm making use of the GBRf "Chinook" reskin that comes with the AP Class 66 Pro sound pack.
