editor can't route me.

I've, been trying to make a standard freight run (GEML). routing start via Stratford P10a up to Ipswich. I can get as far has Ilford then stopped, the route is taken from "Real Trains" were possible (limitations of TS 2015). is it because it's set as standard freight or beyond the editor to route freight from real life ? tried both via's or way points still no joy.

No, the editor doesn't hate freight. It would appear that you are trying to route your freight over a section of track that the route builder has set to be passenger only. This can be checked and changed in the scenario editor if required. There is a dashed square icon in the top left flyout that can be used to view and edit track properties.
